The most important thing to realize in the long run is that stress is a disease that takes many different forms, and that it is not possible to completely eliminate it, or at least reduce its influence on your life. It is a condition, but is it a disease? The key to fighting stress is to learn how to deal with stress in a way that you will enjoy life again, and without worrying about it as much. The next most important thing to learn is that when you can get stress under control, it will be a much more enjoyable experience. A word of caution: Some of the products I am reviewing here may cause the symptoms of stress to persist long after you eliminate the cause. I cannot be held accountable for that.
