I am currently running a 2 week test in my own body at 200m sprints to determine which of these products works best for them. My goal is to get a recommendation from an expert who has had the product in use for awhile, as I think they have the best product for me. My Personal Experience with the Product (Updated as of February 2016) I have been running for more than 20 years. My goal is to win and qualify for the USA National Championship in the 200m and 3k. My best performance to date was in 2014, in the middle of a winter break from school, in mid-March. My training plan was to do everything but race. I would be at the beach or in my driveway when I should be running. I did a few races, but I could only do about five miles per day. I ran 5km, 10km, half marathon, marathon and a half marathon with some other people.
